An Invitation to Pause, Reflect, and Reset with End-of-Year Meditation

Maine – Community members are invited to participate in an “End-of-Year Meditation,” led by David Sholemson, founder of 3Body Healing Arts, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 5 to 6 p.m. via Zoom. The free virtual wellness workshop is part of Healthy Acadia’s Monthly Mindfulness series.

3Body Healing Arts returns to the series to lead a beautiful end-of-year meditation, guiding participants through a gentle, reflective meditation to look back on the goals we set for 2025 and create space to set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. To participate fully, please bring a pen, paper, and an envelope, and, if possible, a candle to support a calming, mindful atmosphere.

David Sholemson is an experienced energy healer, Qigong teacher, and workshop facilitator. His journey began in 2005 after a second knee surgery led him to a Korean Tao class—an experience that changed his life. Under the guidance of master healer Chun Shim, he trained extensively in Qigong and energy work. Over the years, he became a Reiki Master Teacher, a Tong Ren practitioner, and studied with Qigong master Robert Peng and shaman Sandra Ingerman. Influenced by the teachings of Ram Dass, David integrates wisdom from various traditions to help others find health, balance, and joy. For more information about David and his practice, go to 3bodyha.com.
