Welcome, Alexa Eisworth

Please join us in welcoming Alexa Eisworth to the Healthy Acadia team! 

Alexa serves as Youth Recovery Coach in Washington County through Healthy Acadia’s Maine Alliance for Recovery Coaching (Maine-ARC) Youth Recovery Coaching Program. Alexa plays a key role in supporting youth ages 14 - 21 that are in recovery or who are impacted by addiction. She offers one-on-one peer-based support and helps set goals and build coping skills, connect to supportive networks and community resources, and provides encouragement and a safe space for recovery.

To support others with their recovery .

What most inspires you about Healthy Acadia's work? 

I’m inspired by how much they support their community and the resources they have to offer.

What most inspires you on a personal level?

The genuine effort and desire to help.

What is your favorite thing to do, or place to be, in Maine, and why?

My favorite place to be is the beach.
