Two-Part Workshop Will Explore Gentle, Mindful Approaches to Living Well with Pain

ELLSWORTH, ME - Healthy Acadia invites community members to join a two-part Mindfulness for Pain Management workshop series on Wednesday, December 10 and 17, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 77 Beechland Road, Ellsworth. Participants will explore practical ways to work with pain by bringing awareness, acceptance, and self-compassion to their experience. This gentle, evidence-based approach can help ease the intensity of pain, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.

Led in a supportive, small-group setting, these workshops are designed for anyone living with chronic pain or interested in learning mindful strategies for self-care. Sessions will include guided practices, discussion, and simple techniques that can be used in daily life to cultivate resilience and calm.

Participation is free, and all are welcome. Pre-registration is required. To register, visit https://forms.gle/wQVePr11CCeiH8Ux6.
