Healthy Acadia Invites You to Discover a Path to Peace with a Guided Meditation
Maine - Healthy Acadia will host “Discover the Path of Peace: A Guided Meditation for Inner Alignment,” with Julie Daigle on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The free online event is the latest installment in Healthy Acadia’s Monthly Mindfulness series.
Daigle will offer a guided meditation session to foster peace, clarity, and to encourage us to identify and rest within our most authentic, heartfelt desire. Participants should be prepared to rest fully, lying down if possible, on a comfortable surface. You can use a yoga mat if you have one, but it isn't necessary if you don't; a comfortable spot to relax fully into stillness is the essential requirement. We will also have a few minutes at the end to journal the experience, so please bring paper and a pen or pencil, or other drawing/writing tools if you prefer.
Pre-registration is required for this free event. Upon registering, you'll receive a confirmation that includes the information needed to join the Zoom session. Register online at https://bit.ly/mindful-110526.
Julie Daigle brings over 40 years of mind-body-spirit practice, which informs her current classes in yoga nidra and tai chi in coastal Maine. She began a traditional Chinese medicine-based martial arts practice in the early 80s, received her third-degree black belt in the 90s, acquired her 200-hour RYT with the Yoga Alliance in the early 2000s, and nine years ago, became both a certified instructor for the Tai Chi for Health Institute and a certified Yoga Nidra instructor. She credits this foundation in mindfulness and moving meditation-based practices for building a resilience accessible to all through consistent, gentle practice.
