Join us on Wednesdays on the Ellsworth Public Library lawn, from 2-3 p.m. August 11-September 29
Join Healthy Acadia’s Tai Chi for Health instructor Nina Zeldin for these outdoor workshops. Tai Chi helps empower people to improve their health and wellbeing through slow, smooth and continuous mind-body exercises. No tai chi experience is required. The workshops are appropriate and beneficial for people of all ages and physical abilities.
“Tai Chi is a way of relaxing my mind and body. It helps me to focus on the positive aspects of my life and to handle life’s daily issues.”
