One World: One Breath. World Tai Chi & Qigong Day Day

Saturday, April 29, 2023, is World Tai Chi Day & Qigong Day.

Join family, friends, and neighbors online via Zoom from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (EST) to help create a circle of personal and global health and healing!

For over 20 years, on the last Saturday of April at 10 a.m. local time worldwide, tai chi and qigong teach-ins and exhibitions have been held in hundreds of cities in over 70 nations. Visit WorldTaiChiDay.org to learn more.

These events continue to bring people together across ethnic, racial, religious, and geographical borders in celebration of personal and global health and healing.

Harvard Health Publication has called tai chi “moving medication” for the myriad of health conditions it has been proven to help with.

Tai chi has been clinically proven to be one of the most effective exercises to improve health, fitness, and relaxation. Regular tai chi practice can improve immune and cognitive function, reduce depression, anxiety, and pain, and improve balance, flexibility, and strength.
