March 2021 - Call for Nominations - Community Health Champions

As part of our 20th-year anniversary celebrations, Healthy Acadia will be honoring local organizations, groups, and individuals who are Community Health Champions - those who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in the past five years to shape programs, practices, policies, or environments that make it easier for people to lead healthier lives.
