We're hiring! Camp Staff Positions for Down East Teen Leadership Camp 2025

Are you interested in joining the staff team for this summer’s Down East Teen Leadership Camp?

We are looking for young people interested in helping make this year’s Down East Teen Leadership Camp an incredible and unforgettable experience for teens in our community.

Down East Teen Leadership Camp (DETLC) is Healthy Acadia’s annual residential summer camp program for teens entering grades 7 through 9.  DETLC offers teens five action-packed days filled with fun games and team-building activities, inspiring motivational speakers, and interactive workshops focused on social issues that matter to teens. Now in its 25th year, DETLC is held in late July on the beautiful campus of Cobscook Institute in Trescott, Maine.

Down East Teen Leadership Camp (DETLC) aims to empower teens to build strong social, communication, and leadership skills. Our goal is to boost emotional strength and prevent substance misuse. DETLC makes a big difference for the teens who take part.
