COVID-19 Response
Effective October 1, 2020
All of Healthy Acadia’s Offices are now open to the public by appointment only in order to protect community members, volunteers, and staff, and to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
We are continuing to provide community health programming, services, and supports - connecting virtually, and available by phone, email, and text. We're also making some classes available on our YouTube channel.
If you would like to reach our staff and/or set up an appointment, call our office location nearest you [link to 8.1] and leave a general message or use the dial by name directory to connect to a staff member’s direct line. Staff members are primarily working remotely; they will be monitoring their voicemails regularly and will return your call as soon as possible. You may also email any of our staff directly, or send your inquiry to our general mailbox and your message will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member.
For supportive services, including recovery coaching, cancer patient navigation services, or apply for assistance through one of our mini-grant programs, click here.
If you are looking for immediate information or assistance regarding COVID-19/Coronavirus, please reach out to 211 (dial 211 or go to www.211.org ) or visit Maine CDC.
If you are facing an emergency, please call 911.
Wash your hands regularly. Wear a face covering when away from home and/or at any time physical distancing of at least six feet is not possible at all times. Stay home as much as possible and especially when unwell. And take good care of yourself and your loved ones!
Be well and stay safe!
