Welcome, Andrea Coffin

Please join us in welcoming Andrea Coffin to the Healthy Acadia team! 

Andrea joins our SNAP-Ed Nutrition Education Team and works to support food security across Washington County. As a Maine SNAP-Ed Nutrition Educator, Amy helps SNAP-eligible households gain knowledge and skills to eat healthily on a limited budget and provides coordination for nutrition education and obesity prevention initiatives in accordance with USDA SNAP-Ed guidelines.

Andrea holds degrees from Tufts University (BA Anthropology) and University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education (MS Ed Psychological Services & MPhil Ed Counseling).

Personal and collective growth, collaboration, and opportunities to learn.

What is your favorite thing to do, or place to be, in Maine, and why?

I love to be at "the lake" for the fresh air, clean water, and positive memories.
