Healthy Acadia invites parents and caregivers to join Virtual Fatherhood Is Sacred® & Motherhood Is Sacred®, a free weekly workshop series focused on strengthening families and building supportive connections.

Fatherhood Is Sacred®/Motherhood Is Sacred® is a parenting education program designed to strengthen Native American families. Fathers and mothers who participate in the programs explore ways to actively engage with their families while also connecting with their Native American heritage and the sacred responsibilities of being a parent. Parents who are not Native American are also welcome to participate. Program content focuses on the three pillars of self-worth, identity, and purpose.

These sessions offer a welcoming, virtual space to connect with other parents and caregivers, explore traditional values and leadership principles, and build skills to support your family and community. Participants will learn core principles such as service, wisdom, being teachable, and making positive choices, all while gaining tools to be their best for their children.

This program is free and open to all. Register at bit.ly/41EXFVZ
