Try Tai Chi This Fall

Healthy Acadia is expanding its Tai Chi for Health online course offerings for the fall. The online courses are offered as interactive social opportunities that help maintain our sense of community and stay active during this challenging time of physical distancing. Regular Tai Chi practice helps to empower people to improve their health and wellbeing through slow, smooth, and continuous mind-body exercises. Developed by the Tai Chi for Health Institute to bring health benefits as quickly as possible for specific conditions, all courses are appropriate and beneficial for people of all ages.
