Join a Free Online Mindfulness Session to Learn Gentle Stretches and Body Awareness
Maine – Healthy Acadia invites community members to join the next session of its Monthly Mindfulness Series, “NeuroMuscular Balancing & Somatic Exploration,” on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 5 to 6 p.m. via Zoom. The free, one-hour session will be led by Josh Warren and Kalindi Dinoffer.
Join Josh and Kalindi for an experiential class that blends somatic awareness and four key gentle stretches to help balance your pelvis and find ease in the body. Participants will explore how muscles, bones, and the nervous system interact, learning to release tension, restore balance, and move with greater comfort.
Kalindi Dinoffer is a somatic practitioner, yoga teacher, and poet trained in Mindful Self-Compassion, Resonant Language & Healing, Reiki, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy. She weaves somatic and compassion practices together to support individuals and groups in moving toward embodied wholeness. Learn more at MindfulKalindi.com.
Josh Warren, M.S., LMT, 500 Hour Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Certified Integrated Positional Therapist, holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science concentrating in Sport Psychology. Warren founded NeuroMuscularBalancing.com to share his approach to empowered, optimal living. After living with low back pain for more than seven years and trying numerous therapies without relief, he discovered a simple practice that helped bring his body into alignment and quickly resolved the pain.
