Join Healthy Acadia for this guided mindfulness workshop with special guest Julie Daigle. The free online event is the latest installment in Healthy Acadia’s Monthly Mindfulness series. Daigle will be offering an opportunity to explore a yoga-based mindfulness practice which combines gentle movements, a deepening awareness of our internal states, and an opportunity for profound relaxation and release. The majority of the session will be focused on the practice, with time at the beginning and end of the session for questions.
