Tai Chi for Beginners

Thursdays, March 5 - April 23, 2026, 2-3pm, INSPIRE Community Recovery Center, 24 Church Street, Ellsworth.

Comprised of qigong and Yang style mind-body exercises, this course will introduce the first six movements from the Yang 24 form, currently the most practiced tai chi set in the world. Instructor: Julie Daigle
