Tai Chi for Balance and Recovery - Brewer - In Person

Tai Chi for Balance and Recovery, Thursdays, March 7 - April 25, 1 pm - 2 pm, The Barn, 142 Center Street, Brewer.

Healthy Acadia’s tai chi courses help empower people to improve their health and well-being through slow, smooth, and continuous mind-body exercises in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment.

Loose, comfortable clothing and thin-soled shoes are recommended for Tai Chi practice.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive the confirmation and if applicable, the login information, via the email address you provided.
