Beginners Yang Style Tai Chi

This class will provide an introduction to the movements of the Yang 24 form, currently the most practice tai chi form in the world. Wednesdays, November 9-December 28, 2022, 10 am to 11 am

Healthy Acadia's community Tai Chi helps participants to empower and improve their health and wellbeing through slow, smooth, and continuous mind-body exercises.
