Ethical Considerations for Recovery Coaches

Healthy Acadia/Maine Alliance for Recovery Coaching is excited to announce the Connecticut Community for Addiction (CCAR) Ethical Considerations for Recovery Coaches FREE Online!*

All Ethics training is not created equal. Recovery Coaches need an understanding of ethics that differs from those of clinicians due to their unique role while guiding someone through their own recovery process.

This 16-hour training is based on the widely used Ethical Guidelines for the Delivery of Peer-based Recovery Support Services by William White and PRO-ACT (2007), CCAR has designed this training to help coaches, and anyone else working in the peer role, understand how critical it is to be ethically responsible.

THIS IS A TWO-DAY TRAINING. CLASSES WILL MEET FROM 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., June 9-10, 2021

*Seats are limited to 15 participants and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
