Owners, managers, and staff of retail establishments that sell tobacco and tobacco products are invited and encouraged to join Healthy Acadia and Healthy Communities of the Capital Area online via Zoom at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 19, 2022, for a virtual coffee break learning session.

During this approximately 15-minute session, participants will explore new laws about Tobacco 21 and flavor restrictions as well as free resources such as the State's free voluntary online training course, called NO BUTS! (Blocking Underage Tobacco Sales), for tobacco retailers to prevent underage tobacco sales.  Retailers that participate in the NO BUTS! program can earn State Compliance Credits and avoid fines. 

People who attend the live Zoom session will have the opportunity to be entered into a drawing to win one of two $50.00 gift cards.  Winners will be randomly selected immediately following the presentation.
