Mindfulness for Pain Management

Healthy Acadia invites community members to join a two-part Mindfulness for Pain Management workshop series on Tuesday, Nov. 10 and  Thursday, Nov. 12, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The sessions will be offered virtually via Zoom. Participants will explore practical ways to work with pain by bringing awareness, acceptance, and self-compassion to their experience. This gentle, evidence-based approach can help ease the intensity of pain, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.

Led in a supportive, small-group setting, these workshops are designed for anyone living with chronic pain or interested in learning mindful self-care strategies. Sessions will include guided practices, discussion, and simple techniques that can be used in daily life to cultivate resilience and calm.

Participation is free, and everyone is welcome. Please register in advance to receive the Zoom link to join. To register, visit https://forms.gle/wQVePr11CCeiH8Ux6.
