Join Healthy Acadia for a relaxing and restorative hour of tai chi practice with Tai Chi for Health Institute Senior Trainer Nina Zeldin. In this introductory session, we’ll explore basic tai chi principles and movements from three of tai chi’s most popular styles - Chen, Yang, and Sun.
