Beginners Tai Chi - In Person

Beginners Tai Chi, Saturdays, April 6 - May 25, 10:00am-11:00am. Women for Rural Healthy Living, The Thankful Room, 87 Main Street, Milbridge.

Comprised of qigong and Yang-style mind-body exercises, this course is a gentle but strong foundation for better health for all ages.
