Beginners Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention, Saturdays, 2/3/24 -3/23/23, 9:00 am – 10:00 am. This program is recognized by the USA CDC as being the highest-tiered evidence-based program for improving balance, strength, and confidence.
