Certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute, founded in 2010 by Dr. Paul Lam and colleagues, TCHI Trainers and Instructors are dedicated to empowering individuals to enhance their health and wellness through Tai Chi for Health classes.

Tai Chi for Health empowers people of all ages and physical abilities to improve their health and well-being through slow, smooth and continuous mind-body exercises. Studies show that these gentle movements can help:

•   Alleviate pain

•   Reduce stress

•   Increase balance, strength, and flexibility

•   Improve cardiovascular and cognitive functions

•   Boost immunity

Endorsed by governmental health departments globally and recommended by both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Council on Aging, the program emphasizes its effectiveness in improving health and well-being.
