Farewell, Danielle and Linda

Please join us in wishing Danielle Ward and Linda Fournier warm farewells.

Danielle will be graduating this May with a degree in Mental Health and Human Services through UMA. As Danielle steps away from the Maine Recovery Core Internship she will focus more of her time on the courses needed to complete this semester's classes.

Danielle also has plans to engage her community by volunteering at the Coastal Recovery Community Center and Knox County Treatment Court in hopes of obtaining a peer support recovery coaching position at some point in the future.

Danielle joined the Maine Recovery Core Internship Program in May of 2023. Serving Kennebec County, her work focused on community and justice setting recovery coaching, resource brokering, and community outreach.

We will miss Danielle's commitment to building healthy recovery communities and will especially miss her contagious smile and warm energy.

Linda joined the Maine Recovery Core Internship Program and the Bangor Area Recovery Network (BARN) in February 2023. Serving Penobscot County, Linda's work focused on recovery coaching, resource brokering, community outreach, point of service, and organizing events.

Linda is known for her enthusiasm and excelled at greeting guests at the BARN with her friendly approach and contagious smile. Linda accepted a position in home health care services. Best wishes to Linda as she continues to serve her community!
